[Click] using OpenflowClick

I would first start with "src/conf/simple-ofswitch.click" and make it
work. You can use secchan on nl:0 to talk to NOX (BTW, use NOX 0.5 not
0.6). If NOX is running on different machine, then you will have to
pass that IP address to secchan. Secchan options are described in a
man page. Feel free to use the demo scenario and testbed setting.
