[Click] compiling the old 2.6.24.7 kernel with recent compilers

hi,

for those of you who want to build the linuxmodule for x86:

The latest "officially" supported click kernel is 2.6.24.7.

This does not build with recent compilers (4.4) on x86, but there is a
backport fix here:
