[Click] 2.6.24.7 patch split into two syntax and core changes.

Here is the current checked in click patch for 2.6.24.7 split into the
core click changes and the syntax changes. It has been compiled on a
clean linux kernel and a checked out version of click via git from
today. Click hasn't been run with this patch though.
