[Click] NSClick performance issues

Hi,
i attach 1 patch which can improve the performance (patch for the scheduler).
Please take a look for detailed information. Please let me know, whether it 
helps in your case (if you use it).

Last thing: the patch is for ns-2.30 (ns-allinone-2.30).
