[Click] How to add new elements into the Click configuration file when Click running?

Hi All:


How do you add some new elements into the Click configuration file during the Click running? Can  wn change the Click configuration file when click is running?  How  to do this?

Or if we change the Click configuration file, we must reboot the Click ? 

How many process and thread in OS When Click running? One Click process ?
