[Click] ANNOUNCE: Click-1.7.0rc1

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the info.  It is in fact necessary to compile *AND INSTALL* click 
before you build clicky.  This is because clicky uses the Click library. 
Probably it should take the library out of the Click directory, but currently 
it is not built to do that.
