[Click] Arp replies getting dropped

Yogesh,

I have used a similar config (transparent bridge) on Emulab plenty of 
time.  You just need to make the following change:
FromDevice(eth4) -> FromDevice(eth4, PROMISC true)
That should allow the device driver to accept packets even if the dst 
field does not match the device itself.
