[Click] Jiffies

Dear All,

What is the differences between expire_jiffies, live_jiffies and
poll_jiffies in the ARPTable?

For expire_jiffies, I assume is that time for the expire value, 
live_jiffies is the difference between now and time that the value
written in the table, but I still don't know what is poll_jiffies.

Please help
