[Click] Error in compile in userlevel mode

Hello Fadjar,

I'm sorry to report that the IPsec elements will only compile on 32-bit 
platforms.  You are probably compiling on an x86_64 type machine.  We would 
happily accept patches that work on fixing this problem.
