[Click] [PATCH] AddressInfo broadcast address

This patch allows querying AddressInfo interfaces for  <iface>:bcast to 
get the broadcast address of an interface. It is calculated by setting 
all host bits to 1, according to the configured netmask.

output of "read rt.table" to the attached test config
