I resolved the system hanging problem.. Inserted themodule using 'mopdprobe e1000'. So far so good. However, changing from FromDevice to PollDevice still gives the error: "eth0 not pollable.. use FromDevice instead...". eth0 is intel 82546EB card and is recognized by the e1000 driver. What am I missing?
