[Click] Random - Normal Distribution

I believe that the "random" read handler of Script satisfies a continuous
uniform distribution, not a normal distribution.

You can see that the "random" handler uses click_random by looking at
click/elements/standard/script.cc.

You can find the implementation of click_random in click/lib/glue.cc.
