[Click] EtherRewrite

Hello,
    I am posting a very simple element but I found it to be quite 
useful, especially when dealing with switched VLANs.  The element 
EtherReWrite will rewrite the SRC,DST to whatever the user specifies.  I 
think it should be included in the standard Ethernet element list.
