[Click] Doxygen documentation for the clicknet headers?

Hi Bart,

Well, the clicknet/ headers have no official doxygen documentation.  But at 
least for me, simply adding include/clicknet to the relevant place in the 
Doxyfile adds those headers to the "Files" list.

If you haven't updated recently, then you wouldn't get Packet documentation, 
because likewise that class wasn't really documented until recently.
