[Click] Updated config.sub for blackfin compilation

Hi. I've just been trying out using the Click router on a blackfin
processor device, and discovered that the current config.sub in click
git is sufficiently ancient that it doesn't even know about this
processor architecture. Upgrading it to the latest one
(http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/*checkout*/config/config/config.sub?revision=1.361)
fixed this for me.
