[Click] How to compile with Click

I think the Click Modular Router is a usaful and wonderful software, and I learn about it recently. I want to compile the configuration file into binary file, so that I can upload the binary file to the wireless mesh router. Would you please to tell me what command should be used and how can I compile the configuration file into binary file? That will be very kind of you to answer me, thank you very much!
