[Click] working with the handlers

Hi Beyers,
It was an empty file.I know its crazy,but all I want is to access the
handler and that would return me a string.So the element need not be
initialized and no interconnection are needed.

I had placed the element in click .then did a make elemlist and then a make
install.

Then
click –p 1234 test_handle.click
telnet local host 1234
read  readelment.handlername
