[Click] ELEMENT_PROVIDES question

Typically a 'make elemlist' is all that's needed to tell click to also
compile these file after you've added the required ELEMENT_PROVIDES and
ELEMENT_REQUIRES as discussed previously.

You can check if the files are included by reviewing
<click>/linuxmodule/elements.conf and/or <click>/userlevel/elements.conf
