Is there any way in Click to classify a packet based on an odd number of
bits?  Classifier seems more relevant to our situation, but even there
you must use an offset and a hex value representing 2 bytes.  You can
use "?" to widdle that down to only looking at one nibble, 12/0??? but
that still represents 4 bits.  Is there any way to classify at the bit
level?  Something like "12/011?????"?

The same question applies to StoreData.  Is there any way to store an
odd number of bits into a packet?
