[Click] nsclick install problem

I installed nsclick according to http://read.cs.ucla.edu/click/nsclick. When I enter ns command, it shows
ns: error while loading shared libraries: libnsclick.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

For install click , the configuration is 
./configure --enable-nsclick
the click (1.6.0) is installed under /usr/local/
for install ns-2.30 (after patch using click1.6.0/etc/ns-2.30-patch ),the configuration is
./configure --with-click=/usr/local
the configure process can find libnsclick
checking for click/simclick.h... -I/usr/local/include
checking for libnsclick... -L/usr/local/lib -lnsclick

The libnsclick.so is under /usr/local/lib/, but ns command can not find it .
Why?
