[Click] question about traffic analyzer

Hello, i'm doing a work about video streaming and using click modular 
router...i should make a sort of alghorithm whenever a server sends a video 
to some client..but i have to use that only under some traffic 
conditions..i'm looking for then some module that analyzes the traffic and 
give then different answer..could you help me?do you know where i can have a 
look?
