[Click] Patches for x86_64 builds

Hi Eddie,

Sent this a while back. Not sure if you saw this.

error.cc is fixed. There are a few more errors/typos I found.

**** elements/etherswitch/bridgemessage.cc has a compilation error -
amibguous call to numeric_string().
