[Click] Problems with click-devirtualize

I'm trying to apply that tool to a configuration, but I get a lot of error
(when the tool tries to compile).
There are some header files which don't get the absolute path, when converted
by click-devirtualize. They remain with a relative path (for instance,
#include "myheader.hh"). I notice that that doesn't happen with header file
of elements. Do you have any hints for me?
I'm using Click in order to develop a layer-2 routing protocol for wireless
mesh multi-radio network (for my thesis work). I'd like to use
click-devirtualize because click (without devirtualization) is slower than
the Linux's normal network stack (I've tried iperf between two computer, in
Ad-Hoc mode).
Thanks.
