[Click] to make FromDevice capture only external pkts

Hi Changhoon,

I doubt this is really Click's deal... searching for 
BIOCSEESENT/BIOCSSEESENT on line came up with a bunch of hits, so 
probably this is a FreeBSD bug?  Anyway, if you come up with more 
information, let us know.
