[Click] polling extension for madwifi drivers

I'm agree with Nicola. I tested that a low power CPU (embedded with
cpu 166-266MHz) running click is not enough to manage all pkts that a
wifi device can generate/transmit. With a complicated click
configuration my pkt handling limits is the cpu.

I think that between monitor mode and adhoc there isn't a big
difference but I never did tests , so I could be wrong in that.
