[Click] queue anomalies...

Hi all!
I encountered some strange behaviors of click queues.
I have implemented a Weighted Round Robin which, according to some  
given weights, pulls packets from different queues.
Well, if those queues (NotifierQueue, FullNoteQueue and others) are  
shorter than 1000 pkts those differentiation does not affect TCP and  
UDP traffic.
However, if I enlarge the queues to 1000 pkts the flows (UDP and TCP)  
are correctly differentiated.

Can you explain me why??
