[Click] Programming manual at wiki?

Hello,

Is there a reason the programming manual is not referenced at the wiki? 
We know a part of its contents is in the doxygen documentation but it's 
certainly not entirely there.
We ask this because we are updating our student documentation (which is freely 
available at our website). We feel that our students need such a manual to 
understand the mechanisms behind some specific parts of Click, to allow them 
to program well.
