[Click] Timed Source reading data length from file

The attached files .cc and .hh derive from class TimedSource and implement
the  FromFileTimedSource class to generate timed packets reading their
lengths from a file. Syntax is:
FromFileTimedSource([INTERVAL,FILE,keywords]). Except for parameter FILE,
which is the file name, all other parameters are identical to those of
TimedSource class; but parameter STOP is here true by default.
Also anexed are an example data file and a matching click scrip which also
uses other Click features and elements.
Comments and suggestions are appreciated - always improving.
