[Click] Kernel 2.6 patches

Hi Eddie,
I tried to crosscompile click as linuxmodule for mipsel but the configure fails.
In particular configure fails the test: "checking for C++-includable
kernel header files"
Attacched is the .log, last click cvs, linux-2.6.19.2
Any idea?
