[Click] Link problems with the patched e1000 driver

Hi,

my network interface cards (Intel Corporation 82571EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 06)) do not operate in 100MBit/s full duplex mode, if I use the patched e1000 driver from your cvs-repository.

This problem do not occur with the kernel driver.
