[Click] Problems with DSR

Hello,
I am having some problems running the DSR protocol included in the  
click package.
I am trying to run DSR with the ETX metric, but the ETX is not  
getting calculated. However, the DSDV implementation seems to be  
working.

If I understand the code correctly, LinkStat::simple_action() should  
be invoked when an ETX probe is received, but this function is not  
getting called.

Also, packets get dropped at CheckIPHeader::drop() as the IP header  
is not set.

Please help me to resolve these issues.
