[Click] dsr on 2 network interfaces

Hi sir,
My intenctions are to run click with dsr managing 2 network interfaces 
at the same time. I followed the instructions at this page 
http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/grid/software.html and now I have two router 
files, is there the possibility maybe changing some code inside them to 
make only one router file for the 2 interfaces? Can someone suggest some 
link where I can find indication or the way to start merging this two files?
