[Click] Using click to analysis a TCPdump trace

Hi,

Sorry if this is a repeat question. I looked at the archives but did not get
a direct answer. I am trying to analyze a tcpdump trace I have using click.
My question has two parts.

1)       How can I use click to analyze already collected tcpdump files.
(i.e. I want to get all loss information that click can provide for the
trace) 

2)       What file performs the loss analysis. ( I looked at the
"elements/analysis" directory is there anyplace else I need to look at)
