[Click] SamplePackage(1.4.3) with 2.6.13.2 Kernel

Hi Thomas,

I can confirm that CVS Click *would NOT* link the sample package with  
2.6.13.

However, current CVS, plus our new 2.6.16.13 patch, *WILL* load the  
sample package.  It will also load click-fastclassifier configurations.

Give it a whirl, let us know how it is.
