[Click] Shaper element

Hello,

I am using a Shaper () element,and it is working fine when I am using
inifiniteSource.But when I am using FromDevice(eth0) which is connection to
the internet it doesnt give me the bursty transmission only one packet per
go.

I want it to behave like when I am using infinite source.I dont know know if
Shaper is the one to use or is there other ways to get the same results.
