[Click] nsclick improvement request: Makefile dependency on libnsclick.a

Hello,

Does anyone know a way to patch the ns-2.29 Makefile.in to have a dependency 
on libnsclick.a for ns and nse? That way when changing something in Click the 
Makefile would detect the change and recompile ns and nse.

I know how to add it for my installation, but I can't find a way to get the 
libnsclick.a path from configure to add the dependency.
I am looking for a result like:
$(NS): $(OBJ) common/tclAppInit.o Makefile $(V_LIB_NSCLICK)
Does someone know the proper way to fix this?
