[Click] cleare_stale in LinkTable element

Hi to all,
In the LinkTable element the clear_stale method delete the out of time
_links but _hosts never be checked.
I've tried to delete the _hosts entry which belongs to deleted _links
but the element crashes because other elements call the dijkstra
method not synchronize with the timer of the LinkTable element.
How can I add this feature?
