[Click] Madwifi-NG and click's extra wifi header

Hi, I'm using madwifi-ng driver without any problem with Click as
kernel module. I simply use the elements AthdescEncap and AthdescDecap
before sending the pkt to the device. Note that you have to create a
device in monitor mode with madwifi-ng driver.
