I saw an example in your mailing list archives.

This example is following.

PollDevice(eth0, PROMISC true) -> SetCycleCount

           -> Queue -> Accum::CycleCountAccum -> Discard;

 

I have some tests about that, changing Queue capacity and bandwidth.

But, something’s wrong.

In a same case(of queue capacity and bandwidth), 

all values of Accum.cycle are different, while testing.

The difference is so big. 

Ex) first test : about 32000 cycles

Second test : about 50000 cycles

Third test : about 38000 cycles

Fourth test : about 80000 cycles

And so on.

 

Why a reason is?

I think that values are similar or same in this case.
