[Click] click questions

Hi there,

i´m new at linux and as i try to install click i´m having kernel  
version problems. What linux distribution do you suggest me to  
download in order to run click easier? i really need this to work but  
nothing seems to work, also tried FreeBSD! Could you please help me?  
Don´t you have a step-by-step for beginners?
