[Click] Click Modular Router - Simulator or Testbed Software ?

Hi,
 
I would really appreciate if you could let me know if I can use Click
modulator router to simulate network environments and traffic patterns
like in the Network Simulator. 
 
Or is it that Click can only be used for a tested?
