[Click] Regarding Lulea.cc and lulea.hh

Hi,

I have looked at the code of lulea.cc and lulea.hh and
I feel that the level2 and level3 data
structures(mentioned in Degermark paper) have not been
implemented..

Are they implemented?? 

Does someone have idea of how to write the push method
for this algorithm???
