[Click] adjusting the transport header after the use of push

I added IP options as suggested earlier on the mailing list by using push to add data at the beginning of the packet and then move the IP header the correct number of bytes. It works for the IP header, but the TCP header is mangled. The length reported by tcp_length() is increased with the same number of bytes added to the IP options.
I would appreciate any help.
