I don't know about (b) but it sounds cool enough that I hope someone
does!
(a) The programming manual, such as it is, is included in texinfo
format in CLICK/doc. If you 'cd doc' and 'make click.dvi' you might
get a click.dvi file or a click.pdf file (depending on your texinfo
setup).
