[Click] Linux 2.6 update

Hi all,

Thanks to great work from Francis Bogsanyi and Ross Mcilroy, we are 
VERY CLOSE to Linux 2.6 support in the main Click tree.

The Click build scripts and Makefile have been updated to support 2.6.  
A patch against the 2.6.11.6 kernel is in etc/.

We aren't quite there yet, unfortunately.  proclikefs refers to symbols 
that no longer exist.  This would be a GREAT project for anyone who 
wants to make Click+2.6 work.
