[Click] What is the status of NAPI support in click ?

Hi Adam,

You know, I think Click might support NAPI already, via FromDevice.  I'd try 
that.  FromDevice is a slower interface than direct polling, but it does work. 
Direct support for NAPI would be nice too; I don't believe anyone has made 
progress on that.
