Hi Xiaowei,
No, unfortunately. Even in our early papers, when we measured "Polling Linux",
we essentially used Click elements on the edges (& passed the packets to Linux
right away). However the e1000 *does* have a Linux polling driver on 2.6; it
uses the new "NAPI" driver interface. According to other recent mail it's a bit
slower than Click.
