[Click] Compiling a new Element

Hi Beyers,

I don't use an IDE, and I'll wager no Click developer does.  I do use 
Emacs; that's quite nice for syntax hilighting and stuff.  The best way 
to start is to take the element that's closest to what you want to do, 
copy it, change its name, and hack away.
