[Click] question about TCP termination in click

HiEddie, 
    We are planning a full fledged TCP termination
Engine in click to study some system properties. My
question is 
Can existing click elements be combined (in a config
file) to implement a TCP state machicne or do we need
to write some on our own? I am taking a shortcut in
asking you this instead me finding out by wallowing in
the source code. My apologies for that.
