[Click] Compiling new elements

Thanks Bart & Beyers. The link to "How can I make
 Click compile a C++ file that doesn't contain an
 element?"
 solves my problem.. I forgot the
 ELEMENT_PROVIDES(..)
 statement and also had included one header file
 (cick/element) twice...
